He had a seller that had a property that was condemned by the city for being contaminated with meth. On top of this, the seller had a major legal battle on his hands where a scam artist fraudulently added himself to title with the seller. Lastly, the home was heading into foreclosure and was up against the clock. We aren\u2019t afraid of a challenge so we went to work; We caught the seller up on their mortgage which was $55,000 in arrears, we paid for all the legal fees to get this scammer off of title, and we also paid for the cleaning of the meth contamination. From start to finish it ended up taking us over 8 months, but we were able to make it to the finish line and put some money into the sellers pocket. We took this property down and ended up finding another investor to buy it from us.
